How long does it take for onshore students and international students to receive the offer letter from a Canadian Institute?

Non-SDS candidates are those candidates who have scored 5.5 or less in any IELTS module. They still need to pay one-year tuition fee along with GIC. Some colleges may accept one semester tuition fee payment and allow the candidate to keep their file in Non-SDS. However, the chances of rejection are more in Non-SDS profile.
