About

The Acadia University, Nova Scotia, was founded in the year 1838 and since then, has been providing students with comprehensive education, inclusive of research-intensive practical exposure.

Its student population is of approximately 3500 students, amongst which 500 students are from international origin – i.e. from across more than 50 countries. Acadia University has 4 departmental faculties such as the Faculty of Arts, Applied Sciences, Theology and Professional Studies.

In total, more than 200 study programs, including majors in biology, marketing, English, psychology, environmental studies, and kinesiology – are offered to the students in the form of undergraduate and post graduate programs/courses.
